Every piece by Elementalé is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. We stand by our products and warrant that all items sold are free from manufacturing defects in both materials and workmanship.
Six-Month Limited Warranty
· Term & Scope: This warranty covers repair services for any item confirmed to have a manufacturing defect for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. An original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
· Resolution: Upon evaluation and confirmation of a manufacturing defect by Elementalé, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective item. The final resolution is determined entirely by Elementalé.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
· Normal wear and tear, loss of product, or accidental damage.
· Discoloration, oxidation, or knotting of metals and chains due to natural causes, improper care, or exposure to chemicals.
· Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or impact.
· Any item that has been repaired or serviced by a third party. Attempting a repair by a third party will immediately void this warranty.
Repair Specifics
· Cord Replacement: The cords for our bracelets and necklaces can be replaced without replacing the entire piece. Due to higher international shipping costs, we recommend customers perform this replacement themselves. A tutorial is available here: Click here.
· Metal Repairs: Repairs to metal components are subject to the extent and location of the damage. The item must be sent to us for professional evaluation.
· Gold-Plated Items: All gold-plated items that undergo repair will require re-plating to restore their original finish.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If your item is damaged outside of the six (6) month warranty period, or if the damage is not considered a manufacturing defect, Elementalé will strive to offer a fair and reasonable repair solution. All costs associated with such repairs will be the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all two-way shipping costs associated with any warranty claim or repair service.
Discontinued & Clearance Items
All discontinued and clearance items are considered final sale. They are not eligible for returns or repairs.

2. Secure Shipping: Before sending your item, ensure it is cleaned and packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
3. Evaluation & Processing: Once we receive your item, our team will conduct an evaluation. The processing time will vary depending on the complexity of the repair.
Terms & Interpretation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elementalé reserves the right to interpret and amend this warranty policy at any time. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
