Yes. In accordance with Swiss governmentregulations, all jewellery shipped to Switzerland requires a special 'Hallmark'stamp. This process begins immediately after an order is received and will addan extra 3-4 weeks to the delivery time.

Recycled 925 Sterling Silver

Our jewellery pieces are crafted fromhigh-quality, certified recycled 925 sterling silver, sourced from a Germancompany that refines metal using environmentally safe processes. The '925' insterling silver refers to its purity, consisting of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5%alloy to enhance its strength. The alloy we use is copper from Germany and is100% nickel-free.

22ct Gold Vermeil

Gold Vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is ahigh-quality gold plating process. To qualify as vermeil, a thick layer of gold(at least 2.5 microns) must be plated over a sterling silver base. We use 22ctgold, which is a higher quality compared to other gold standards.

Cleaning & Care

We recommend removing your bracelet before swimming, bathing, doing household chores, or engaging in strenuous activities or sports. Avoid contact with chlorine, salt water, or abrasive cleaners to ensure your plating lasts as long as possible and to maintain the crystal's clean shine.

Cleansing & Charging

To help your crystals provide you withtheir best energy, we recommend regular cleansing and charging. You can try thefollowing methods:

Clean Running Water: Briefly rinse thebracelet under clean, running water for a few seconds. Be sure to dry itthoroughly afterwards.

Clear Quartz: Place the bracelet on a clearquartz cluster or bed of quartz chips for several hours.

Moonlight: On a night with a bright moon,place your bracelet by a window to bathe it in moonlight for charging.

Please note that you should avoid prolongedexposure to chemicals to prevent damage to the crystals.

Repair Services

Depending on the type of damage and wear,we may offer repair or replacement services for defective products. Please beaware that for non-defective repairs and replacements, a fee and additionalpostage may apply.
