Carrier liability: Elementalé is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or delayed due to postal or courier service issues. 

Customs and Duties
Import charges:International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are payable by the recipient.

Refusals for unpaid duties: If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, Elementalé does not accept returns or issue refunds. Parcels returned by the carrier for unpaid duties are also non‑refundable.

Eligibility:You may return or exchange unused, undamaged items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return postage: Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Handling fee:A handling fee of GBP £25 will be deducted from all refunds.

Risk during return: The costs and risks associated with returns and exchanges are borne by the customer.

Exceptions (Non‑returnable)

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and body jewellery that have been worn or unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items, discontinued lines, and charity purchases are final sale and non‑returnable.

Custom or made‑to‑order items are non‑refundable and non‑returnable.
